Design Impact

Discover how strategic design transforms real problems into effective experiences. I accompany each example with interactive images to show the ‘before’ and ‘after’ of the designer’s intervention.

Philosophy

To create truly valuable solutions, we must first make sure we ask the right questions. Only then can we understand the real problem, discover opportunities, and design products that meet people’s real needs.

My work is based on that principle: questioning, investigating, and redefining the challenge before seeking the best answer.

“Want a good answer?”

Ask a good question

In my experience, I have seen how focusing attention on the wrong aspects can lead to distorted interpretations and weak decisions. It’s essential to question the initial approach to avoid preconceived ideas steering away from the product’s true purpose.

“Why?”

A good question to start with

Often we get trapped in our own ideas and lose perspective on whether they truly add value or meaning to the project. Teamwork is essential to challenge proposals and improve outcomes; questioning ideas should not feel like a personal attack but a collective commitment to product quality.

“Do you know or do you think?”

No measurement, no improvement

There is a big difference between imagining user behavior and having real data about their interactions. However, collecting metrics alone is not enough: it’s crucial to ensure we’ve asked the right questions before drawing conclusions to avoid biased interpretations and build better solutions.

Projects

Each experience has allowed me to bring real value, face diverse challenges, and develop a versatile profile focused on impact and innovation. My career is defined more by the quality of projects and the learning achieved than by the number of companies I’ve worked for.
